ICTCS series provides a forum for accessing to the most up-to-date and authoritative knowledge from both industrial and academic worlds, sharing best practice in the field of telecommunications engineering, communication technology, wireless communications networking, mobile computing, electronic engineering, information technology and computational science. A key aspect of this conference is the strong mixture of academia and industry. This allows for the free exchange of ideas and challenges faced by these two key stakeholders and encourage future collaboration between members of these groups.

2023 International Conference on Telecommunications and Computational Science (ICTCS 2023) will take place in Suzhou, China on December 23-24, 2023. The conference program covered invited, oral, and poster presentations from scientists working in similar areas to establish platforms for collaborative research projects in this field. This conference will bring together leaders from industry and academia to exchange and share their experiences, present research results, explore collaborations and to spark new ideas, with the aim of developing new projects and exploiting new technology in these fields.

All full paper submissions to the ICTCS 2023 should be related to the main topics (see Call for Papers) of the conference and each paper will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, originality, completeness, contributions and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. After refereeing process, all accepted papers from ICTCS 2023 will be published by IEEE CS (Computer Society) CPS, and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec for indexation. The press will provide fast paper submission and publication system to save time and decrease the publishing cycle.
